Orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Shipping charges are calculated via the shipping table outlined below for each "ship to" address within the continental U.S.

Oversized and/or Heavy Items

Some oversized and/or heavy items do have an extra shipping charge (noted in the description) which is added to your regular shipping.

Express Shipping

Express charges are based on the delivery location and weight of your order. Because we sell some items that are quite heavy (solid wood) and some items that are very light (play silks) we calculate the charge based on your actual order. 3 Day Select, 2 Day, and Next Day Air are available online. Express delivery is not available on all items.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico

Please contact us for exact shipping costs. Shipping charges are based upon the weight of your order.

Shipments to APO/AE postal addresses

Due to changes in USPS service to these addresses Rosie Hippo is no longer able to ship to APO/AE postal addresses. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Shipments to Canada, Mexico and Other Countries

Due to the expense of shipping, duty fees and other import taxes, and the paperwork involved in sending packages across borders, at this time we are not offering shipping to most locations outside of the United States. We are sorry for this limitation and are looking into ways to expand our service area. Please contact us via phone regarding shipping to Canada.
