A Rosie Hippo favorite, our handcrafted rocking dory is a special gift. Perfect for under the Christmas tree, to celebrate a special occasion, or stuffed with gifts for a baby shower. What can we say about this handcrafted rocking boat but...a-dory-ble! Building boats is serious business in Maine and these masterpiece dories are no exception. Made by a former fisherman, each is an exact mini-replica of the classic dory still in use along the Maine coast today. Each boat is skillfully constructed to order from a variety of hard and soft woods that are salvaged from a local sawmill! Each dory is multi-colored, numbered, dated, signed by the artist,  using child safe paints and stains and your child's name will be hand-painted on the bow (that's the front for you landlubbers). Ships fully assembled. 1+, up to 50 lbs
